Vicarage Program
Two years vicarage : (1) One year in an Urban, organized congregation. (2) The second year in new work to establish a congregation then back to the seminary for the last year supported fully by the congregation that the vicar has established and this congregation may call him to be it's pastor. Or, (1) Two years in church planting and back to the seminary fully supported by the newly established congregation.
After two years in the seminary the student may be called as a local pastor or lay minister of a congregation or as a district evangelist.
